To keep from falling prey to the winter blues I have taken to extreme measures of cooking.
Spent yesterday in the kitchen:
Homemade cheese (with local goat's mike from tweefontein)
Kale chips
dehydrated potato chips
Rhubarb & oat bars (with rhubarb the landlords froze from summer)
And for dinner:
Yeasted burger buns
Turkey Burgers (jalepeno & mustard seed sauce)
Baked Potato chips
Marinated Asparagus in garlic & olive oil
