We hiked Shaft 2A this morning. Seriously magical experience.
Frozen waterfall & dimension travel.

Made homemade pizza for dinner:
Pizza One: Fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato, onion, minced garlic
Pizza Two: Aged gouda, pancetta, crimini mushroom, arugula

Lately, everything feels good, like it has before.

BIG BIG MOON

The big big moon & reading Gary Snyder over morning coffee.
Tapped our Maple trees, the sap is so delicious & high in nutrients.
It takes 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup- this year
 we will drink the sap & tap our trees earlier next year to make syrup.
Also, met this best guy on the side of the road.

Today I went to visit the neighbor cows, they were enjoying the sunshine...

Taught a raw foods preparation class last night on sprouting-

Mung beans, lentil, and garbanzos sprouting on the kitchen table.
We made curried lentil & garbanzo salad over kale annnnnnnd
rawken brownies for dessert!
